Return / Exchanges Policy

Medgear only accepts returns of UNWORN (excluding trying on the products) and UNWASHED merchandise with tags within the first 15 days of receiving order. Please try on all clothing with care, any items with stains or odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If you return your item, please allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing.

Exchanges will be sent pending items are still in stock after processing. Medgear will cover shipping fees on exchanged items sent back to the customer. Customer is only responsible for the shipping fees in sending their product back to us. 

Please note: currently our exchanges are limited to the exchange of sizes and color within the same product. We cannot exchange for other styles.

Refunds for returns will be made in the form of original payment minus original shipping cost. It may take your bank an additional few days to process the refund to your credit card. Please note: Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. 

Please email info@medgear.com if you need to make a return or exchange & to request a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be approved prior to shipping back to us.
