Medgear accepts returns of UNWORN and UNWASHED merchandise with tags within the first 15 days of receiving the order. Stained or odorous items are ineligible. Allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing. A return label is issued upon approval, with the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Email info@medgear.com or request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for approval. All returns must be approved before shipping.

To apply a discount code when making a purchase, follow these steps during the checkout process. After adding your preferred items to the shopping bag, proceed to checkout. If you're on a desktop, locate the sidebar on the right-hand side, or if you're using a mobile device or our app, click on "Show order summary" at the top. Below your selected items, you'll find a section titled "Gift Card or Discount Code." Expand this section to reveal a field where you can input your discount code. Enter the code and click apply. If the code is valid, the corresponding discount will be applied to eligible items, and you will see the adjusted total in your Checkout summary. It's important to note that discount codes cannot be stacked, and are not applicable during promotional periods.
Yes, we do offer Student Discounts and Refer A Friend discounts. At this time we do not offer bulk purchases.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer customisations such as embroidery or logos. However, we will in the near future so please look out for that.
