Medgear digital gift cards can only be used for products on our online store at Medgear.com

General

Each gift card is loaded with a set amount of money and are not reloadable & can not be redeemed for cash.
For each purchase of Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of $200. The minimum value for Gift Cards is $10. The Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
There is no set expiration date for the issued gift card with available funds on it and the funds never expire.

Validity:

Medgear cannot be held liable for Gift Cards once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen or inactivated. Treat your Gift Cards as cash.
The Gift Cards may not be resold in any manner whatsoever. The Gift Cards may not be used towards the purchase of any gift certificates or gift cards.
Medgear reserves the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an Medgear account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Return

If a customer used a gift card to make a purchase and then wants to return the item for a refund, then we can make the refund to the same gift card and its balance is updated automatically

Please email/request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for all returns and exchanges and a return label with an RMA will be issued.
