Return / Exchanges Policy

Domestic USA Orders - Return/Exchange Policy

Medgear only accepts returns of UNWORN (excluding trying on the products) and UNWASHED merchandise with tags within the first 15 days of receiving order. Please try on all clothing with care, any items with stains or odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If you return your item, please allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing. A return label will be issued once a return authorization is approved and the shipping cost for your return will be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges will be free on you first exchange only. Medgear will cover shipping fees on your exchanged items sent back to the customer. Any cost incurred on additional exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: currently our exchanges are limited to the exchange of sizes and color within the same product. We cannot exchange for other styles.


Refunds on returns will be made in the form of original payment minus a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. It may take your bank an additional few days to process the refund to your credit card. Please note: Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

International Return Policy

All international orders are not exchangeable or refundable. Please contact us before ordering if you need to inquire about sizing or about our products to minimalize any confusion.

Please email/request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for all returns and exchanges and a return label with an RMA will be issued.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping back to us.
